The Foundation: - A Global Healthcare Public Foundation (AGHPF) is headquartered in the State of Maryland, USA as a non for profit charity Foundation and has its East African Office in Nairobi, Kenya, where it is registered as a Non Governmental Organization (OP.218/051/2007/0135/4573). AGHPF provides services in Africa, Asia, and the United States of America.

In August 2002 A Global Healthcare Public Foundation was founded as a family philanthropic organization. A year later, August 2003, AGHPF was registered with the Internal Revenue Service of the United states of America as a 501(C)3 charity organization with the goal to improve the lives of people in communities, especially children infected by HIV/AIDS.

In 2007 after providing assistance to over seven countries in sub Saharan Africa, the Board of Directors met in Maryland, USA and agreed to form two distinct divisions to house all our programs, Global Clinical Services (GCS) and Global Healthcare Services (GHS).
